Selling a home is never an easy decision, especially after factoring in all the elements involved. So when my husband, Tony and I decided the time was right for us, we knew our first step was finding a local realtor that knew our area and the current market.
We chose Tiffany Fairfield-Ecklund because of the marketing information she sent to our development monthly for over a year.
During our first meeting, Tiffany came prepared with comps, information on herself and her company. Then she listened to our story. She made helpful suggestions but was careful to be respectful.
